With the endless benefits of medical marijuana, we are thrilled to say it is now available to full-time and part-time Florida residents!

Medical marijuana can benefit a wide range of people in a number of ways. To learn more, and specifically how it can help certain conditions, click each button below:

In order for you to be a candidate for a medical marijuana card in the state of Florida, you must be diagnosed with one of the following conditions and have medical history from a prior physician showing the diagnosis:

  • Cancer

  • Epilepsy

  • Glaucoma

  • Positive Status for Human Immune Deficiency (HIV)

  • Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (Can Diagnose in Office)

  • Anxiety (Can Diagnose in Office)

  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig’s Disease

  • Crohn’s Disease

  • Multiple Sclerosis

  • Parkinson’s Disease

  • Chronic Nonmalignant Pain

  • Medical conditions of the same kind or class

  • Terminal condition diagnosed by a physician

So how does it work?

Once you have met with our cannabis certified physician and have become a proven candidate, we will handle all of the necessary paperwork on our end to get you entered into the state's Compassionate Care Registry so you can start receiving your medication.

Our medical marijuana program is $150 and you are required to visit the office once every six months to consult with your cannabis certified physician.

Additional costs will include the medication itself, which varies in price, and a $75 fee that you will mail in to the state with a copy of a passport photo in order to receive your Florida cannabis card.

*Please note: at this time it is taking the state of Florida 2 to 4 weeks to issue the cards to patients once you have mailed in your $75 and passport photo.
